Aroma Characterization and Identification Software
INTRODUCTION
The AromaTrax software package allows the
user to accurately record and catalog aromas and odor noted at a sniff
port during GC-olfactory analysis. The user can record:

Up to 10 descriptors for each aroma
event

Relative aroma intensity of 0 to 100.

Runs up to 999.00 minutes
The software utilizes the time/intensity
data to create a pseudo-chromatogram, or aromagram, which can be
displayed and used for report generation as shown below:
Unlike "finger-span" inputs, or voice
recognition systems that require training, calibration and an
interruption of breathing patterns during olfactory analysis, AromaTrax
is based on a simple aroma panel display and a touch sensitive
flat-panel monitor.
